Product Variation from Website Images
Boks&Baum strives to present and describe all products as realistically as possible. The actual color, size, and proportions of items may vary from the images displayed on the website due to the artisanal nature of the jewelry and bags and the use of natural semi-precious stones (stone colors and patterns may vary from piece to piece).
We believe this is what gives our jewelry and bags their unique and special quality, and we hope you feel the same way.
Packaging
All items are delivered in a signature Boks&Baum pouch. Items are packaged in a simple shipping envelope or box.
Pricing
Your order will be registered and considered confirmed once your payment has been approved by your financial institution. Unsuccessful transactions (canceled, refused, or abandoned by the buyer) incur no cost. Once your payment details are verified, the order is confirmed to you as soon as possible via email.
Prices displayed on the website are in euros and do not include shipping costs or any local taxes. These additional customs clearance fees must be paid by the recipient; Boks&Baum has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary significantly from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Options and Rates
Each Boks&Baum piece is made to order in our workshop. After placing your order, please allow up to 20 business days for our workshop to craft your selected pieces and prepare them for shipment. Orders placed on our online store can be shipped worldwide with COLISSIMO La Poste as an insured parcel. Please allow 2 to 15 business days depending on the destination. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days by email at contact@boksandbaum.com so we can resolve the issue.
You have 14 days to return your purchase if it is defective upon receipt. In case of breakage of one or more items, the customer must contact customer service, indicating in the message the reference code of each product and the purchase date.
All shipping/tax costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Care Instructions
Bags and jewelry are delicate, especially items with textile or natural stone components, so please handle them with care. If dropped, stones and beads may break. Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes, hairspray, and prolonged exposure to sunlight, as this can cause tarnishing and discoloration. Avoid contact with water. Remove all jewelry before showering or performing household chores. Store jewelry and bags in a clean, dry environment, preferably in separate pouches or boxes.

When you place an order with us or submit a customer service inquiry, we retain your information. Any personal information collected on the Boks&Baum website is knowingly and voluntarily provided by our site’s customers and visitors. Note that you are not required to provide identifying information; however, failing to do so would prevent us from processing your order and assisting you.
