boks&baum tries to present and describe all products as realistic as possible. Actual color, size and proportions of items may vary from the images displayed on the website, due to the hand-made nature of the jewelry and the use of natural semi-precious stones (colors and patterns in stones may vary from piece to piece).
We feel that this is what gives our jewelry a special unique quality and we hope you feel the same.
All articles are delivered in a boks&baum signature clutch accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. The articles are enclosed in a plain delivery envelope or box.
Your order will be registered and considered confirmed once your payment has been approved by your financial entity. Transactions that are not successful (cancelled, declined, and abandoned by the buyer) do not have a cost. Once your payment details have been verified, the order is confirmed to you as soon as possible by email.
Prices set out in the website are in US Dollars and do not include shipping or eventual local taxes. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; boks&baum has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Shipping Options and Rates
Each boks&baum jewelry item is made-to-order at our studio. After placing your order, please allow up to 10 business days for our studio to make your selected pieces and have them ready for shipment.
Orders placed on our online store can be shipped worldwide with Estafeta Mexicana as insured parcel. Please expect 2 to 10 business days depending the destination. Your tracking number will be emailed to you.

You have 30 days to return your purchase if it is faulty at reception. In case of breakage of one or more articles the customer must contact customer service indicating in the message the reference code of every single product and the date of purchase. Excluded from the guarantee is any damage arising from normal wear and tear, lack of proper handling, and insufficient or incorrect care and maintenance.
Return for repair must be authorized by customer service. Any shipping/taxes are payable by the customer.
- Jewelry is delicate, particularly items with textile or natural stone components, so please handle carefully. If dropped stones and beads may break.
- Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes, hairspray and long exposure to sunlight as this may cause tarnishing and discol.
- Avoid contact with water. Remove all jewelry before showering or conducting household tasks such as cleaning.
- Store jewelry in a clean, dry environment, preferably in separate pouches or boxes.
When you order from us or submit a question to customer care we keep your information. Any personal information collected on boks&baum website is knowingly and voluntarily provided by customers and visitors to our site. Note that you are not obligated to give any identifying information, however, failure to do so, would prevent us from processing your order and assisting you.
